After completing my studies and my sporting career came to an end, I entered the workplace and have worked in various sales roles, which has given me a vast amount of experience working with members of the public, working within a team effectively, and more recently managing a small team of junior sales people. I am now seeking to work in the fitness industry. Health and fitness is my true passion and am determined to build a career by utilizing the skills and experiences I have already gained in the workplace, as well as my personal sporting experience in the elite training environment, as well as the sporting qualifications I previously attained.

The role of Senior Sales Executive combines reaching and surpassing sales targets to drive the business forward, as well as managing a small team of sales people within the company.

Leasehold Solutions: Sales Executive: January 2012 – April 2014
Leasehold Solutions is a market leading company which project manages group lease extensions for groups of flat owners. My role as a Sales Executive consists of identifying potential leads and turning them into sales to meet and exceed sales targets, as well going out and networking with Estate Agents and likewise professionals to build new business relationships, whilst at the same time maintaining a high level of customer service to new and existing clients.

The Customer Advisor role within both Lloyds TSB and the Halifax consists of being a consistently reliable cashier, providing an outstanding customer service, as well as lead generating to contribute to the given sales target. Experience within these roles have provided me with a high amount of confidence in customer facing situations, as well as being comfortable in any situation I may find myself in whilst working with the public.

During the above period, I worked as a temporary member of staff firstly in a busy call centre to meet and exceed designated sales targets to existing clients. In my role at Bluewater shopping centre I worked with the concierge team providing an efficient customer service over the busy Christmas period, whilst also being tasked with selling loyalty cards to the customers I encountered.

I have volunteered with Kent Police as a Special Constable since January 2012. This is a role that has helped me gain valuable life skills I would not have gained in my usual day to day work, meeting and interacting with people I would not encounter on a day to day basis, whilst also contributing to my local community.

Interests and Hobbies
Outside of the workplace my main hobby has to be Judo. I have competed since the age of 8, was a national champion and member of the GB Judo squad from the age of 13 until 19. I have also previously trained full time at the University of Baths high performance center. Competing in sport at the highest level has given me the drive and determination to succeed which is helpful in the working world.
